Development functions at rapidly growing companies, Founder and Principal Consultant Bijan has helped thousands of leaders translate business strategy into scalable talent solutions that enhance culture and drive performance.

 

Partnering directly with C-Suite executives and business leaders, he has a proven track record of delivering impactful programs and talent initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines, accelerate growth, create high-performing cultures, and elevate organizational effectiveness.

Bijan has his Bachelor's from Northeastern University in Business Management and HR Management, and has previously served as the Head of Learning and Development for TraceLink and NxStage Medical. He holds certifications for Gallup StrengthsFinder, Crucial Conversations, David Allen's Getting Things Done, and Serving Leadership. He is also in active pursuit of his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
